Career Technical Institute offers up to $10,295 for both online and campus Students for Selected Certificate Programs.
Career Technical Institute (CTI) is a student-centric career training institution providing both campus and online learning throughout the nation (except California) and locally in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. CTI provides individuals with knowledge, hands-on practical experience, and the skills necessary to secure and retain productive and rewarding careers in Office Administration, Healthcare Services, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Travel and Tourism.
Since 2002, CTI has been accredited by the Council on Occupational Education, operated under license from the Washington, D.C. Higher Education Licensing Commission (HELC), and approved to offer Title IV Federal Financial Aid to those who qualify.
CTI’s CEO’s vision has always been to provide students with the most affordable career training possible while ensuring the utmost care with the education quality and the provision of optimum placement assistance.
Scholarship eligibility includes:
- First-time students at CTI on a first-come, first-serve basis
- Students seeking Office Administration or IT offerings with either online or campus-based training
- No transfer credits allowed
- High School Diploma or GED
An eligible program is the PC Specialist Plus-Generalist Specialization, which includes:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Business Communications
- Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Office Procedures
- Business Problem Solving
- Business Writing
- Employment Skills
An eligible program for specific agency referrals only is the Help Desk Professional, which includes:
- Operating Systems
- Hard Disk Management
- Computer Repair (A+)
- Network+
- Microsoft Training
- Business Problem Solving
- Customer Service
- Business Communications and Keyboarding Skills
CTI graduates of Scholarship programs may transfer up to 100% of their eligible program credits into additional certificate programs or AAS Degrees.
